Panic...at the Chemistry lab!
Wednesday, January 13, 201010:07 PM

We got our textbooks on Tuesday and man, they're all so heavy! and NEW!! Well, most of my textbooks are. Yay!! I started to flip through the Bio, Chem and Physics textbooks as soon as I got them while being all overwhelmed by the colourful pages with pictures in them so I was like going all "Oooh~" and "Ahhh~".
But , they are seriously , seriously heavy and lucky that I actually brought the recycling bag to carry books (not that I'm going to recycle them or what..). It's just that at least it doesn't let my back do all the heavy work by stuffing all those textbooks in my bag. As a result to that, my biceps(Though they're not that "Biceps-like" as in the ones you see in "Popeye", they are still biceps. ) now experience aching.

Oh and our class teacher is apparently changed to Cikgu Ameerah a.k.a our IRK teacher. She's quite a nice person too.

We experienced our first practical in Chemistry lab yesterday afternoon. It was fun (for most of my class...I think.) We got to wear lab coats that looked quite.....not new and we were stressed on the fact that we MUST wear our safety goggles whenever we do our practicals. I've always known that I'm slow at things but in the Chemistry lab, I'm actually started to panic a little for being the slow-poke I am cos I was doing this one experiment and everybody else is doing the third.

Sir Daniel is still our English teacher even though he's not our form teacher but I still can't get use to his way of teaching. I mean I've never experienced a teacher who talked to us about his first-day experience in University like this,
"So it was my first day in uni and the lecturer went like this,"Do you know why are you all listening to me? *clicks on the button that switches slides on the projector* Because I wrote these Sh*t! *clicks on the button that switches slides on the projector* I wrote all these Sh*t!!" "
and I went O.o ......
I mean he doesn't necessarily have exaggerate on the S-word. I guess I'll have to deal with this cos' he's going to be our English teacher for the next couple of months so....yea.

Huan Ni and I went to the academic room to get our discount cards today but apparently we were suppose to get it in the conference room so we went there after that. We saw some Year 9 boys and two teachers with those class lists and stuff and we were like "Finally!!"
Then the teacher told us that the cards for MA4 are not ready and so we went back to class.
